All good information. I would also vote for your overcoil now far too large off the primary system on the hairspring - also this fits with That which you claimed you did: dangle the balance. Just one idea I've is I occasionally hold the balance vertical to negate gravity around the stud and see where by the top with the overcoil really wants to be.
